Here are some common questions about our service of tech team scaling.

  • The tech team scaling means that we will provide you with the setting up of a new entity in a unique geographical location (such as Prague, Czechia); we will hire the entire team you desire, and this team will be working only for you from day one.

    We will manage the contracts, salary negotiations, and employment or self-employment type (based on your preference).

    We will also take care of anything related to running the entity/company’s accounting, payroll, legal & compliance requirements, securing the IP protection, workspace, public affairs, and anything needed.

  • Scaling your tech team in new geography will enable you to diversify your hiring activities and increase your ability to attract new talents. That also means less competition and more options for having the best talents available.

    Scaling your team's new geography also allows you to expand to new markets and jurisdictions (EU), be close to your potential customers, understand their needs, and comply with local regulations.

    Lastly, scaling the team in geography is cost and risk efficient. Comparing Silicon Valley and Prague, Czechia, there is a 50% lower cost per headcount on average.

    You can also grow and run your team(s) parallelly and operate in multiple time zones.

  • Prague and Czechia offer a great combination of top-notch talent thanks to the density of high-caliber software engineers (e.g., compared to Krakow, Poland), and tech salary ranges fifty percent of the Silicon Valley standard. Besides that, there is a business culture fit, suitable time zones (just six hours difference between the US east coast and nine hours to the west coast), no geopolitical risk, and extended IP protection regulation harmonized within the EU.

  • There is approximately fifty percent off per headcount compared to the Silicon Valley salary range.

  • We can start within two weeks after signing the contract.

  • You can decide to do it on your own, however, from our experience, companies decided to go their own way for six months extra and the cost was 15 percent more.
